• Vouchers will be issued on purchases of SAR 100 or more. 
• You will receive vouchers of SAR 50.
• A maximum of one voucher will be issued on any shopping transaction.
• Vouchers will be sent via e-mail on your registered email ID, after the delivery of the products. 
• The vouchers will be issues from September 8 to 10, 2023.
• The vouchers can be redeemed from September 17, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
• The voucher is redeemable on your next purchase, when you spend SAR 250 online. For example, if you have a voucher of SAR 50, then you must spend SAR 250 to redeem it. 
• A single voucher must be redeemed against a single invoice. 
• The voucher will be applicable on HomeBoxStores.com as well as on the Home Box mobile app. 
• The voucher is redeemable only on regular products and is not valid during sale periods and on  items that are on a promotion.
• The voucher cannot be redeemed on delivery charges. 
• The voucher cannot be redeemed on mattresses, products that are on promotion and discounted products. 
• All vouchers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion. 
• The voucher can’t be redeemed either in part or for cash. 
• Shukran will apply as per the existing policy. 
• If you cancel or return the order, the voucher will also be cancelled. The amount redeemed with the voucher will be deducted from the initial amount paid. 
• The holder of the voucher will be considered as the beneficiary and no duplicate voucher code will be issued, if the voucher is lost or misplaced. 
• The voucher cannot be redeemed before the specified date or after the date mentioned, and cannot be renewed either. 
• Any dispute or difference arising shall be subject to sole jurisdiction of courts in Saudi Arabia. 
• Items purchased against the voucher cannot be exchanged/refunded or returned.
