When will I receive my order?
We offer Scheduled delivery for select Home Box furniture. You’ll be able to select a delivery time and date that suits you at checkout. Please note, there will be an additional charge which will depend on your location. Take a look at our Shipping table for more details..
All other products you order before 12:00 PM will be delivered within 2 business days in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, while orders placed before 12:00 PM to other areas will be delivered in 4 business days.
For your other products, delivery details will be displayed on your checkout page

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you're not at home to receive the products you've ordered with Scheduled delivery, our Customer Service team will call you to reschedule.
For all other products, our delivery partner will call you to reschedule your delivery.
If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us.

Will I be charged for delivery?
Standard deliveries on household products are free on order values of SAR 250 and above. If your order value is less than SAR 250, you will be charged SAR 20 for the delivery.
Furniture delivery charges are dependent on your delivery location. For more information, please visit read details on our Shipping page.
There will be an additional service charge of SAR 18 on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
