    What is covered?

    • Any defects found in the bed base, such as defects in the hydraulic storage mechanisms and the drawer mechanisms.
    • The headboard warranty on the upholstery fabric will include seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers.
    • Any defects found in the panels and slats in the slatted bed bases.
    • Electrical components: limited 1-year warranty on electrical components.
    • Any defects in the door hinges, panels, runners, sliding mechanisms, and manufacturing defects in hydraulic mechanisms.

    What is not covered?

    • Excessive soiling and staining of material as a result of improper use.
    • Any breakage of the construction frame as a result of improper use.
    • Any defect found as a result of wrong assembly by non-HomeBox personnel.
    • Any defects found as a result of the placement of the product in an outdoor setting or in a humid environment.
    • Fabric tearing, pilling, fading, or shrinkage.
    • Crushing, shading, and the appearance of marks on a velvet-finished fabric are considered to be its characteristics and not defects.
    • Any kind of water, alcohol, or liquid damage to the fabric, as well as electric components wherever applicable.
    • Any defects found as a result of improper cleaning methods being used.
    • Normal wear and tear.

    What is covered?

    • Any defect found in the construction of the frame that is not a result of improper use.
    • Some varieties of our sofas come with a recliner mechanism; any defects found in the recliner mechanism.
    • Any manufacturing defect, such as the loosening of the metal S-shaped spring systems and, where applicable, the webbing used in the webbed seating system.
    • Any defects found in the foam.
    • Seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers for leather, faux leather, and upholstery fabric.
    • Rust in the spring, breakage of the spring, or webbing.

    • Excessive soiling and staining of material as a result of improper use.
    • Any breakage of the construction frame as a result of improper use.
    • Any defect found as a result of wrong assembly by non-HomeBox personnel.
    • In case of genuine leather products, each hide used in the construction will reflect its own individuality.
    • Any variations in shade and tone, and even scratches and wrinkles that occur on genuine leather naturally.
    • Tearing of fabric, pilling, fading, or shrinking caused by the placement of the product in direct sunlight.
    • Crushing, shading, and the appearance of marks on a velvet-finish fabric sofa are considered to be its characteristics and not defects.
    • Any kind of water, alcohol, or liquid damage to the fabric, as well as electric components wherever applicable.
    • Any defects found as a result of the placement of the product in an outdoor setting or in a humid environment.
    • Any defects found as a result of improper cleaning methods being used.
    • Any changes in the structure as a result of normal wear and tear. 
    • Spring/Webbing detachment.

    • Marble grain structure, hairline cracks, and colour variations are natural characteristics of the stone and will not be covered under warranty replacements.
    • Glass components breaking and chipping off after the handover of the product to the customer.
