- Choosing Express Delivery slots at the time of checkout will be liable for additional delivery charges to be paid.
- Express Delivery charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
- Home Box will aim to deliver goods as per the slot selected by customer. Home Box will not be liable for any delivery delays caused by factors beyond control.
- Express Delivery should happen next day as per selected slot (from-to) no specific hour excluding of Friday delivery.
- The cut off time to place express Delivery order is 4:00 PM KSA TIME, for next day delivery (Based on Slot availability).
- In case of doorstep postponement homebox has the right to reschedule based on slots availability.
- Any pending (Damages, Missing) during delivery will clear within 24 hours however Home Box will not be liable for any delays caused by factors beyond control.
- In case of cancellation request at doorstep Express Delivery charges are not refundable.
